CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand the occasional need to change or cancel an appointment. To serve all our guests and support our team, we require a credit card on file to reserve salon or spa appointments; however, you can pay any way you wish at checkout, as we ask to swipe your card for security.

Since our providers are paid based on the services they perform, missed appointments can result in lost income for them and because your stylist has reserved that time specifically for you and is unable to book another guest during that time, we ask that guests give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.

Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee on the booked appointments. All No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked appointments.

CARD ON FILE

To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card on file. Your card is used only to hold your reservation. We do not charge it when you book your appointment. To cover processing costs associated with credit card payments, a 3% fee will be applied. This is a direct pass-through and can be avoided by using a debit card. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.  *Some restrictions apply; Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash. Can not be bought and used the same day. Series or packages cannot be purchased with gift cards.

STARTING PRICES

The + sign indicates price variation among service providers. Prices are based on education, experience level, and consultation.

PRODUCTS

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Safety for our team and guests is essential to us. In inclement weather, Avalon Salon and Spa will determine daily if our salon will be open. We’ll make every effort to contact you regarding your service.
