CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand the occasional need to change or cancel an appointment. To serve all our guests and support our team, we require a credit card on file to reserve salon or spa appointments; however, you can pay any way you wish at checkout, as we have to swipe your card for security.

We ask that guests give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee on the booked appointments. All No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked appointments.

GIFT CARDS

Give a luxurious self-care with our gift cards for our award-winning salon and spa services in Dallas. Gift cards to the best salon in Dallas are available in any dollar amount and allow the recipient to choose any of our services and our naturally derived Aveda products, including hair services and the best waxing and facials in Dallas.

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They cannot be used on the same day as purchased with a promotion.  *Some restrictions apply; Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash. Can not be bought and used the same day. Series or packages cannot be purchased with gift cards.

STARTING PRICES

The + sign indicates price variation among service providers. Prices are based on education, experience level, and consultation.

Product Returns are for Store Credit Only. No Cash or Credit Refunds.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Safety for our team and guests is essential to us. In inclement weather, Avalon Salon and Spa will determine daily if our salon will be open. We’ll make every effort to contact you regarding your service.
