Education is at the heart of everything we do. From your first weeks on the floor, you’ll receive hands-on training and structured mentorship designed to build confidence and technical excellence. Avalon’s in-salon program is led by Michelle Bowden, recently voted Best Hairstylist in Dallas, and backed by the industry expertise of Ric Bowden, Executive Director of Serious Business and faculty at Neill Quality College.
